3 Days Riverside camping (tented)

7:00 AM – Depart from Pokhara

  • Begin your journey with a 3-hour scenic drive from Pokhara to the rafting starting point near Baglung. Along the way, pass through lush countryside, terraced hills, and charming rural villages.

10:30 AM – Safety Briefing & Paddle Training

  • Upon arrival, your professional river guides will provide a comprehensive safety orientation and basic paddle training to prepare you for the upcoming adventure.

11:30 AM to 3:30 PM – Rafting Begins

  • Set off down the Kaligandaki River, encountering fun and bouncy Class III rapids ideal for warming up. Enjoy the sights of towering cliffs, ancient suspension bridges, waterfalls, and remote village life.

Evening – Riverside Camping & Dinner

  • Reach your first campsite on a sandy beach by late afternoon. Your crew will set up tents while a freshly cooked dinner is prepared. Relax by the river, enjoy a bonfire if weather permits, and sleep to the calming sounds of nature.

Morning – Breakfast by the River

  • Wake up to hot tea and a hearty breakfast. Pack up and head back to the river for a day of non-stop adventure.

Rafting Through Class III–IV Rapids

  • Paddle through bigger rapids today, including notable ones like ‘Big Brother’ and ‘Rafters’ Refund’. These Class III–IV rapids will test your coordination and thrill your senses. Between the rapids, enjoy calm pools, waterfalls, and dramatic canyon walls.

Lunch Stop – Picnic by a Waterfall or Village

Afternoon – More Rapids & River Fun

Morning – Light Paddle to the Take-Out Point

  • The rafting ends near Andhi Khola, where you’ll change into dry clothes and enjoy a farewell lunch prepared by the crew.

12:00 PM – Drive Back to Pokhara

  • Begin the 3.5 to 4-hour drive back to Pokhara, arriving in the late afternoon. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the Lakeside area, concluding your 3-day river expedition.
